Will not being Confirmed prevent having a Catholic funeral?

Hello,

I was wondering if a person didn’t make their Confirmation could they still have Mass and be buried in a RC cemetery? Also , could they receive Anointing of the Sick? I’m asking because my MIL is an elderly widow who was not married in the Church, she was Baptized and received First Holy Communion as a child. Thank you.

Not having been Confirmed will not prevent one from being anointed and having a Catholic
funeral Mass.
