Will our every action be exposed

Forgive me for not knowing the proper verse context etc, but the Bible talks about nothing will be hidden. I interpret this as all of our actions and thoughs will be for all to view in heaven. I surely dont want all my negative actions and thoughts to be open for viewing. What does the Bilbe mean by this? Thankyou
 
It says that unbaptized children though they never did good or evil will be placed with the wicked. What’s up with that?

That makes me cringe. But here is what the old catholic encyclopedia has to say on the topic. Note the red part I highlighted:
Object of the judgment

The judgment will embrace all works, good or bad, forgiven as well as unforgiven sins, every idle word (Matthew 12:36), every secret thought (1 Corinthians 4:5). With the exception of Peter Lombard, theologians teach that even the secret sins of the just will be made manifest, in order that judgment may be made complete and that the justice and mercy of God may be glorified. This will not pain or embarrass the saints, but add to their glory, just as the repentance of St. Peter and St. Mary Magdalen is to these saints a source of joy and honour.
Perhaps there has been some helpful Church document that is recent on this topic, and someone can provide a link. That encyclopedia is old.
 
Scary isn’t it? When I was younger I used to picture the whole of mankind sitting in front of a giant movie screen watching all of our sins get replayed before the world. Cringe doesn’t even come close, but thanks to the above poster who said it will be for the glory of God to show the infiniteness of His justice and mercy. All I can feel at the thought of it is unbearable humiliation.
 
Humiliation? How about humility. I know my sins, and I know that I have confessed now and will confess then. As we will learn of all sin, it is a comfort to know of God’s infinite mercy. I was the one who was wrong, no one else. So my sins are my own fault. I am unworthy to enter Heaven, but if God will accept me, then I humbly accept that all of my sins will be known for his sake of mercy for all mankind.

CCC 1039 In the presence of Christ, who is Truth itself, the truth of each man’s relationship with God will be laid bare. The Last Judgment will reveal even to its furthest consequences the good each person has done or failed to do during his earthly life:

All that the wicked do is recorded, and they do not know. When “our God comes, he does not keep silence.”. . . he will turn towards those at his left hand: . . . “I placed my poor little ones on earth for you. I as their head was seated in heaven at the right hand of my Father - but on earth my members were suffering, my members on earth were in need. If you gave anything to my members, what you gave would reach their Head. Would that you had known that my little ones were in need when I placed them on earth for you and appointed them your stewards to bring your good works into my treasury. But you have placed nothing in their hands; therefore you have found nothing in my presence.”

Concerning humiliation, I think that is partly because I/you imagine how the minds of those who find out these details will react, because as you know, those details are already known by God and neither of us now are feeling such unbearable humiliation, no? But people will be resurrected at that time, and no longer will they be living here on earth. Perhaps their priorities will be different, and they will see things more like God does, so that they will be able to glorify his justice and mercy.

For example, I think things that I don’t want my husband to hear, because it would hurt him to know I thought that about him. But somehow if he hears those things at the Last Judgment, I assume it won’t cause him personal pain when he finds out, because he will be able to think about the topic in a different light, and instead direct his thoughts to God.

But that is just a guess.
