During the Last Judgment, also known as the General Judgment, will all of our sins since our baptism be made public to everyone else or will they be secret so long as we have received forgiveness for them? Thanks for any answers that anyone can provide.

At the Final Judgement the answer is yes.

CCC 1039 In the presence of Christ, who is Truth itself, the truth of each man’s relationship with God will be laid bare. The Last Judgment will reveal even to its furthest consequences the good each person has done or failed to do during his earthly life:

All that the wicked do is recorded, and they do not know. When “our God comes, he does not keep silence.”. . . he will turn towards those at his left hand: . . . “I placed my poor little ones on earth for you. I as their head was seated in heaven at the right hand of my Father - but on earth my members were suffering, my members on earth were in need. If you gave anything to my members, what you gave would reach their Head. Would that you had known that my little ones were in need when I placed them on earth for you and appointed them your stewards to bring your good works into my treasury. But you have placed nothing in their hands; therefore you have found nothing in my presence.”

Man, that’s scary as heck.

God passes eternal judgement on every person when they die. Then why is there a general judgment too? The reason for this general judgement is because then the spiritual life of every person is made public to everyone else, including the sins of each person. We are already judged when we die, and this accounts for the fact that there is a second judgment. This is certainly something to think about. We generally hide our sins from other people, maybe even endlessly justify them to other people if they are more-or-less out into the open. But at the general judgment the truth about every person, their goodness and their sins, will become clear to everyone. We may want to be more careful about what seem to us little only sins in view of the fact that they and their darkness will be known to everyone then.
But too our goodness, things that other did not know about or goodness that other did not see or believe, will be clearly revealed to everyone else too. I expect that there are many saints that only will become fully known then.

i doubt that anyone’s sins will surprise anyone who has watched reality tv, tho.

there’s a poem where a man accuses himself of being the world’s greatest sinner and it ends with his angel telling him 'vanity, my little man! You’re nothing of the kind!"

You bet. This applies to atheists and agnostics to. Ha, ha, ha.

I missed that in grade school, they should have stressed it more. Of course they may have, I was probably making paper airplanes. 😃

Yes, but it’s important to remember that we will at that point have shed all our earthly anxieties, egotism/insecurity and judgments, both of ourselves and others. For those of us who “make the cut,” there will be nothing but rejoicing over the fact that we triumphed over all that ugliness. It will be a cause for celebration, not embarrassment!

So will the sins we committed before our baptisms also be exposed to everyone?

I doubt it. I also doubt that your personal sins will be so horrifying. God said he will forget your sins after he forgives them. Those who need to be afraid are those who caused the murders of millions, thousands, or hundreds of innocent people. The Supreme Court of 1973 needs to be terrified. Those who makes war against God’s Holy Church and lie about it need to be looking for a hole to hide in.
