Will the Church ever change its teaching on Confession?

Will the Catholic church ever change Confession/Reconciliation to an open venue. Where you do not have to speak to a priest completely? It truly can be very embarrassing at times when you are making a confession. Some sins you do not want to openly say even in a confessional.
