Will the Church recognize my marriage :non Catholic wedding?

I was baptized catholic as a baby. In my heart I am Catholic. I married a nonCatholic, married in the Bahamas on the beach. I am now taking my RCIA classes. Will the Church recognize my marriage. If not, what will I have to do? Please help.
