Will the Eucharist be exposed for Adoration on Holy Thursday?

Last year my church place it back in the Tabernacle for Adoration. Should it not be exposed?
Please forgive my ignorance.

edited to add: I should not have referred to the Eucharist as “it”, it is our Lord.
