Is it me or did the little page navigation widget at the top and bottom of the page go away?

For the record, I am in favor of a restoration of the traditional page navigation widget at the top and bottom of the posts which have been there since the beginning. It is a shame when the traditional practice of page navigation is prevented like this. I think we need a Motu Proprio which clearly communicats our right to authentic and traditional page navigation.

The SSPX is facing problems with a minority of its own members who are opposed to Bishop Fellay and his attempt at reconciliation.

It is because - as a new and growing movement within these forums - we do not feel that traditional navigation is the most appropriate expression of navigatin for all members of this thread.

😃 OK, I can’t go on! It’s too hard to talk like that! I think it really is because we don’t have more than one page yet. 😃
 
I’m writing my Bishop and demand that the more traditional form of Redux Deux is used in the title of this thread. The new form is weak and will drive people away from the thread.😛
 
You can always start your own thread for yourself and those who feel a nostalgic need for French titles. 😃

On the contrary, the use of the word “Deux” brings a false complication to the issue of thread names and makes it more difficult to understand the purpose. The common person will not be able to understand what it means. Moreover, it imbues the title with a stiff formality that is not fitting in this day and age. Rather than being attracted by a contrived and outdated attempts at formalism, people prefer the easy going, more natural use “II.”

Also, sounding vaguely Latin, the word “duex” indicates a rampant inherent clericalism.

My use of a roman numeral to represent the number two is ill advised too.

I refuse to accept Redux II as a valid SSPX posting thread. I will refer to it as the Thread from here on out and I demand that there is a clarification of what terms have changed from previous threads to a post RII thread. How many forum rules will be broken in the name of the “spirit” of Redux II?
