Well how my dad told me, he told me that we have Arab lineages from Syria, Damascus. Islam does invade people, rob them of their culture, their past, etc, but the only GOOD thing that came from Islam was belly dancing. But hey, not all Arabs are Muslims I mean, surely there must be some Arabs who ARE Christians and Jews but had to endure a lot of torment because of Muhammed. Its times like this we need do need a Spiritual Crusade…
 
A good book to read on how islam destroys cultures is ‘The Decline of Eastern Christianity Under Islam: From Jihad to Dhimmitude : Seventh-Twentieth Century’.

It also goes into how the political AND religious leaders sell their people out for money, power, fear, etc. I am only 1/4th of the way through the book so I don’t know what all of it says yet.

I was just discussing with an Algerian about what happened in her land and it isn’t pretty. She now lives in France and had to change her name and leave her friends and family behind. Her life was in danger, similar to Rifqa Bary here in the USA. The difference is that Rifqa fought in a time before sharia took predominance and the Algerian fought after sharia was forced on them.

Here is a little bit of what she told me - it gets worse as her story progresses of what happened (similar to Brigitte Gabriel’s story she told in ‘Becasue They Hate’: the islamics have destroyed my mother land algeria… we are forced to be called muslims, to learn islam… and be named islamic names. i am berber and not muslim… but by force in algeria i had to study the quran, and by force put the scarf on…we are killed, raped or jailed whom do not submit to their religion… when i was small i did not have the choice to be whom i was born to be, do not let this happen in another country… please learn from what this virus has done to my people and country

it started once the algerians wanted the french out, the berbers were free to be Jewish and Christians … we lived in peace then… then the islamic took over the government in 1998… they started to kill all, women, children, men, one… night 20,000 dead…in the 1980 they started first with the Jewish to kill or to kick out of algerie their land, their homes, and left the christian alone until the late 90’s early 2000

before then we did not learn arabic in school , but once the fis took over the country we were forced to learn arabic, islamic, and be called muslims and arabs which we are not… they target berber groups in the east and in the middle and in the south, the government says it is diplomatic, but u can not hold a bible outside, you can not preach another religion outside.you get killed or jailed women with out scarfs are taking a chance of being raped, killed or kidnapped… we are forced into marriages …we are suffering, but we are still fighting even if it means our death

we did not know about the sharia law until we had arabic teachers teaching us islam… in school at the age of 5 my cousin was taught how to prepare a dead body for a funeral, is this what u teach a child in school… we are also taught that non believers of islam is our enemy and the devil

many of the leaders are blinded because many islamic leaders use the “we are your friends, we are all the people of the book of god” phrase sharon, so while the other leaders are thinking they are doing a good thing by being tolerant, the islamics are coming in sneaky to take over… yet they do not mention the quran states: do not befreind a kafer(a person who does not believe in mohammed or the quran), must behead a kafer, take their women, and lands, if you fight with a kafer even in argument you should behead them, cut off their hand and finger tips…
they hid this **** from everyone… so our leaders are blinded by humanitarian and racial tolerance thinking they are making a good diversity… along with the greed of the money from the oil…killing a kafer means they go to the jenna (heaven) and they should do this in rhamadan they get more merits by doing so… every thing they teach is bad… it is a book of the damned, a fake following to damn the people into hell, they breed little demons… as humans we have emotions, those emotions are haram(forbiden) in islam, they teach you not to care or have feelings… how can a human with flesh and blood have no feelings or watch people being beheaded? how can you watch a woman pined up by her arms to a tree, her belly cut open to kill a baby inside of her because she is not muslim or had a baby not married?

Thanks for posting this! This is so awful and sad. No one should have to live like that. This is the face of evil; this is the face of Islam! So many people are taken in by the so-called “piety” or modesty of Muslims. On this site we’ve been treated to pictures of Muslims bowing down in prayer. I read a news item of Muslims praying, and when a Muslim accidentally dropped the Quran, the others jumped on him like a pack of wild dogs. The violence is always under the surface. I’ve seen a picture of a beautiful Muslim woman with her hands folded in prayer who resembled a nun in her piety. Then I remembered seeing a video of an angelic looking Muslim child wearing her lovely embroidered scarf, spewing the most awful hatred of the Jews and calling for their deaths, as she’s being prompted by her elders. That’s the making of a little monster. As always the violence is always under the surface.

There’s a church here in Florida that’s stated that they’re going to burn copies of the Quran on Sept. 11. It may be a rotten thing to do, but they’ve already gotten threats of suicide bombings here in Florida if they do that. The difference is they’re not killing anyone or threatening anyone, just burning Qurans. Muslims, as always, respond with threats of violence and death. Ex-Muslim Syrian American Wafa Sultan has said:

“When I examined the Koran, the hadith, and the Islamic books under a microscope, I came to the absolute conviction that it is impossible – impossible! – for any human being to read the biography of Muhammad and believe in it, and yet emerge a psychologically and mentally healthy person.”

You bring out some good points. We have never really looked at what moslems pray. There are two types of prayers in islam and I will go over the one they pray 5 times a day, 365 days a year.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
[1.1] All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
[1.2] The Beneficent, the Merciful.
[1.3] Master of the Day of Judgment.
[1.4] Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help.
[1.5] Keep us on the right path.
[1.6] The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray.

All Muslims who pray as many as five times a day begin their prayer session repeating the six sentences listed above.

There are the only two lines of the opening prayer that non Muslims, specifically Jews and Christians need to understand:

[1.5] Keep us on the right path.
[1.6] The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray.

Unfortunately, with the Algerian woman, and Brigitte Gabriel and so many others even in France, Eastern Europe, Africa, etc they have seen the peaceful ones come in and as their numbers grow do absolutely NOTHING to help the victims of islam’s violent jihadists, or even care about them. We do see the moslems claiming they are the victims when it isn’t true, and outraged when the violent jihadists are attacked after months/years of attacks against others.

Name calling of ‘bigot’ and ‘islamophobe’ usually only reflects on the person who is doing the name calling. It is called projection.
 
Go for it! The question is, do Muslims treat others with dignity or respect? Muslims are told that they’re the best of creation and the unbelievers the worst! Kaffirs, unbelievers are on the list of “najis”, “dirty” things such as urine and faeces, dead bodies, dogs and pigs, semen and blood. How is that respect or dignity?

Muslims don’t even treat each other well. Members of one sect blow up members of another sect even while they’re at prayer at their mosques. How can the rest of us expect any better treatment? Muslims are the product of Islam. It is Islam that strips them of their humanity, their individuality, their personality and turns them into irrational beings that become violent at the least provocation.

People outside the USA do not realize we are a nation under seige right now. The megamosque imam is having his site scrubbed…but he is now recognized as a strong supporter of militant Islam that is preparing for war, a recording of his is coming out now desiring the disintegration of Israel, and his reference to other Americans here as ‘n…’’ and ;wh…y;…

We are very concerned about how so many Americans are being programmed to be passive. My friend is a former inner city high school teacher. One day she was up at the nearby community college and went for lunch. The room was being used by foreign Arabs. She noted all sorts of anti-Jewish bigotry on the walls…she asked what was material doing on the walls…and nobody doing anything about it?..after she demanded the Arabs move so she could sit down and eat, she went over and started tearing down the bigotry off the walls…‘atleast in my days’, she said, ‘we would stand up against this stuff. People today aren’t.’

There are Muslims in our country who respect the law and our people. They are afraid to speak out against these militants because of retaliation…this is a free country. But they can’t. So already people are not safe anymore to speak their mind.

In New York City, the seculars who are supporting the mega mosque are putting up alot of red tape blocking the rebuilding of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church damaged at 9/11 over 10 years ago, as well as other small Christian churches.

We are reacting to the hype, the injustice, and the provocation this group is doing while Iran is getting ready for war. It is provocation and deliberate.

Today I was reading the history of the Carmelites who originated in the Holy Land. They decided not to be involved militarily, but to turn to God and let His transcendence, His Spirit continue on in them. The Franciscans are credited for allowing the Christian sacred places to be open to its believers.

We must do the same and pray for a greater faith. But for the time we do have left, we do have a right as a nation to call bluff when we see it. A poll yesterday showed 85% of Americans are opposing the mosque. We do not want our country manipulated by those who have no tolerance for us, or respect for our own humanity…;It is a very painful time, but it is drawing good points out into the public for discussion, and not allow the power brokers and the media to have control over our convictions and rights.

Right now it is coming out of a jury that a Congressman did nothing wrong. His family and finances were nearly destroyed. He said that is what is happening now if you stand up to the anti Judeo-Christian forces in our country.

I am open to Muslims having mosques, these who are humane and respect their citizenship and our country and its people.
 
In fairness, I can see the pain that the building of the Cordoba community centre will bring. Whether right or wrong, I think the most sensible option is to build it further away from the site, so as not to encourage nutjob ‘patriots’ to try and destroy it, possibly with people inside.

The imam is backing the Iranian Revolutionary Guard government. I am learning alot from NYC natives’ comments. It is provocation to see how passive we are. What it is doing though is bringing alot to the foreground.

More came out today, the associations…our economy is deliberately being destroyed. That is why some who worked on doing this are now having ;wonderful’ vacations…

What will happen in America will happen elsewhere…

Pray for America! Pray for conversions…

I don’t want to be unjust to anyone…and agree with you…understand your perspective and experience…

Again, we are dealing with radicals posing as moderates and Christian churches have been stalled for over 10 years to be rebuilt…as well as the idea the mosque is really about promoting Islam and not interfaith tolerance.
 
They don’t take my money anymore. Saw me walking my dog the other day and decided I was so unclean they wouldn’t even take money from me. Terrible stuff. One of them came at me with a scimitar too, you know, the usual ‘‘Allah hu Akbar’’ stuff which I’m sure you’ve dealt with before. So I had to get to the other side of the city dodging flaming landrovers and machete wielding gangs.

The usual.

I was young but I can remember being spat at on St. Patrick’s day for having a sprig of shamrock. My mum was called a terrorist (expletive) and told to get off the bus we were on.

First they came…etc.
 
I have been threatened by radical muslims, personally, while at work in the public schools.

I’ve seen a thai muslim adult attack a thai child at that child’s school, just for asking his daughter out on a date… the children were in 5th grade… calling him keffir. Daddy was arrested, and is barred from school property when he gets out.

I’ve seen a NoI-affiliated student use Islam as justification for attacking other students on the playground. 6th grader. (Principle had him arrested.)

That cartoon is reminiscent of the kind here in America up to the Know Nothings in the 1800’s…remember, we also have sects here who consider us Catholics as an abomination.

You helped me have some credance in the one Muslim, Planten, who left and was a minority in Pakistan.

Yes we are very aware of various Muslims…and I am also drawing on some insights shared by a Bosnian Muslim here, who helped me discern between those who are humane and integrated vs the mindset of those who are militant. The NYC Arabs are finally coming ‘out’ that it is indeed orchestrated that they are coming here in droves since 9/11.

After the other concern was that after 9/11, the big topic going on 2002 by Muslims here in America was that it was Muslims who discovered America…it goes on and on…

Yet nobody is confronting the most militant and demanding of our rights, and what opportunities we would be denied if we were in their lands.

My friend from high school has worked in Turkey. She was given a list of taboos she could not speak about in Turkey in regards to Christianity as well as avoiding words of our faith in her letters to us.

We hear about the Yemenis, the Afghans, the Saudi’s, those from Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt, Bosnia and Kosovo, those in Nigeria and Indonesia…and those in Australia.

I have really enjoyed Stephen John’s sharing as he is also working for humanitarian cause and building bridges. He is also against the injustices that are there in Sharia that the media portrays not in the context he holds.

But, we are dealing much more than with Islam. Much more. I am praying how much more to be involved, and then just withdraw and live in the kingdom, but can’t yet.

BTW, my father was friends with a Colonel living in Washington, who was in the IRA. They also showed Belfast…the signs belonging to the Catholics and those belonging to the Orange…we greatly sympathize with those who suffer.

I pray for the special protection of the Virgin Mary to come to all of you. I also think, as America still has time, to confront the abuse and bigotry we are experiencing from some Muslims. That is what I do not tolerate. But yes, in the end, it is living in the transcendent spirit of God…and we must always show the face of God to all people.

And showing the face of God is also letting people know we do not tolerate such bigotry and mistreatment of the people who have made America a place they want to come to. Some day, God will come …

Psalm 37(?) comes to mind…do not be envious of those who do evil…let God avenge…later on…one will ask, where has the evil man gone? Islam might indeed become the world’s religious power…but God will intervene. I look forward to the humanity of all world religions…now is Satan’s hour…God will avenge in His time.

I just listened to a Muslim Pakistani expert on Islam. A very good man. He said aspects of Sharia are barbaric…he said there are mosques in America that need reform and solid teaching, that many Muslims throughout the world are confused as to what to follow…he said some forms of Muslim law. Then there are British laws Muslims have been exposed to. So he says there is much need for education of law and civility Muslims must learn.

But he pretty much negated Sharia law. And admitted that what is happening in some cases in Saudi Arabia and the Taliban–stoning, using an ax for corporal punishment is indeed barbaric…Iran has stoning…

He is very refined, a Muslim scholar who knows well the issues of what is the law in Islam…sorry I did not get his name…but yes, he did indeed negate Sharia for Muslims.

Now the WTC mosque is no longer being called ‘Cordoba’…but the developer is refusing to meet with the victims of 9/11. And the mayor is getting a nice contract with a Middle Eastern country so he is being compromised by gain of money. He is not doing anything to get the Greek Orthodox church rebuilt or other small Christian churches as of yet.

But I also think the Muslims who have mistreated Americans, or sued us while being well provided for, need to be confronted. There is much need for healing for all. I hope this will go to Europe as well.

I’ve heard the people that mohammed belong to were arabized-arabs, I heard claims that those tribes are to be decedants of Hagar or maybe Keturah, it was under contention, I am not sure if they really know. I heard mohammed claims he was a descendant of Ishmael (Hagar) how factual that is is also unknown.

Many muslims have a islamic super-state manifesto destiny in mind that stretches from the Rock of Gibraltar to the Philippines. Unfortunately there are people that still live in those places (Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania) that so happed to be Christians, where they want one ilsamic super-state, where all other religions are not wanted. And the problem is not exclusively a Christian problem, Buddhist, Hindus, Sikhs, and ironically even Sufis are attack by terrorist.
