OK, as the Recovered Alcoholic who had that white grape juice last Vigil of Pentecost, I have a question.
Pasturized or not, that white grape juice was sitting in its bottle for well over an hour. Can pasturized grape juice left out turn into wine eventually? If so, maybe just ONE yeast cell got into that grape juice, produced ONE molocule of ethyl alcohol. Would THAT be good enough
