I am reading Jean-Pierre de Caussade’s classic. In it they give this quote of Wisdom 8: 14.
The entire sentence is:
We can come and go, enter and leave anyplace we want to because we have the key of David (Rev. 3: 7), the key of knowledge (Luke 11: 52), the key of the abyss (Rev. 9: 1), in which are all the hidden treasures of the divine Wisdom (Wis. 8: 14).
Should I understand the abyss has the treasure of Divine Wisdom (Wis. 8: 14)?
If so, my translation shows no signs of this.
HELP!
Please help!
THANKS!
