After the resurrection will we have our wisdom teeth or other body parts that are nascent organs; Tonsils, appendix, etc.?

You could just wait and see when you’re resurrected… I don’t think there’s a definitive affirmation about this, it never happened before. 🤷

We might not know even then, as these organs are hidden beneath the skin of the pneumatikon soma.

But I’m reminded of 2 female BFFs who are grousing about the cost of dental care just as the mom of one of them walks up.

“I just can’t afford to get my wisdom teeth taken out,” the girl kvetches.

"I know, " the mom answers; “I just saw your SAT scores!”

:):)🙂

The dentist in me awarded you the Post of the Day award. :clapping:

I have no special insight into the physiological makeup of the resurrected body, and I’m not going to hazard a guess. However, the question reminds me of my uncle, R. Lee Parris (r.i.p.), who, because of various industrial accidents and a bout with colon cancer, had left parts of himself scattered all over the southeastern U.S. It used to be said about him that at the resurrection the Lord was going to have to send a platoon of angels out to find all his bits to make up a complete body.

It’s no different from what will happen to any of us, if dead long enough. Only those few human beings who fossilise, or become bog-bodies, etc, will still have a dead body even 500 years later.

It doesn’t matter though. According to Saint Paul (1 Co 15) the psychikon soma (“natural body”) is not the pneumatikon soma, but the seed of the pneumatikon soma. Seeds do not remain intact in the formation of the plant body. In fact, the seed disintegrating is a normal function in the growth of the plant body.
