As we recently celebrated the feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary on August 22, the long awaited promise of Our Lady at Fatima continues. In the end my Immaculate Heart Will Triumph and Russia will be converted. I would like to share with you some information and maybe give a sense of hope to those who may be discouraged that it will not happen.

With God In Russia
In the early nineteen sixties, there was a prisoner exchange between the United States and Russia. A Catholic priest by the name of Father Walter Ciszek was among the exchanges. When Father returned to the United States, his family and friends asked him to write a book about his experiences and how he survived the prison camps of Siberia. He spent 23 years in Russia, 15 in the prison camps of Siberia.
Father Ciszek witnessed firsthand the brutality and treatment of fellow Catholics. He watched them starve to death before his eyes and others who perished from the extreme conditions of weather and hard labor. As a priest, he was able to assist many Catholics on their deathbed. In eternity, there will be a grateful amount of souls indebted to Father for dedicating his life in the service of the Church.
Father Ciszek was born of Polish Immigrants. He began his study for the priesthood at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Seminary in Orchard Lake, Michigan. He heard a sermon preached at a annual retreat by a Jesuit priest. He left Orchard Lake and joined the Jesuit Order in New York. He answered the call from Pope Pius XI, who was looking for some young priests to go underground in Russia and be observers. The Pope wanted to see the conditions the Catholics were going through and what could be done to assist them with the Sacraments. The priests were put through a rigorous training. Unfortunately, one of the priests was arrested crossing the border and tortured. He revealed their mission. Father Ciszek was arrested shortly after crossing the border and put on trial. He was sentenced to fifteen years of hard labor in Siberia as a spy for the Vatican.
It is because of Father and other priests and Bishops, the faith was kept alive. Inspite of the cruelty they suffered, God did not abandon them.
There is a group of Traditional Catholics in Russia today. The Sacraments are being brought to them on a regular basis. A ray of hope shines upon that country. Mary's words at Fatima will one day become a reality. In the End My Immaculate Heart Will Triumph, Russia Will Be Converted and God Will Grant The World A Time Of Peace.
My prayer is that a Shrine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary will be built in Russia. A few years ago , a group of Traditional Catholics from Spokane, Washington purchased a beautiful Virgin Pilgrim Statue. A special traveling case was made. Our Lady was sent to Traditional Catholic Parishes across America. A primary intention was asked to be offered up by all parishes. The intention was for the Triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. My prayer is that this Statue will be placed there for all the world to see.
Sincerely
