Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Today is the last day of our journey. The prayers for today remain the same as we seek to understand Jesus better – through Mary, by the power of the Holy Spirit:

Litany of the Holy Spirit -HERE
Ave Maris Stella - HERE
Litany of the Holy Name of Jesus - HERE

Tomorrow is the Feast (or Memorial) of Our Lady of Guadalupe and God willing, by His Grace, I will be praying the “Act of Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary”. Thanks to all who have been with me in spirit on this journey. May we continue preparing now to welcome Jesus through Mary each day of our lives. A poem by St. John of the Cross speaks much to me:
The Wayfaring Virgin

The Wayfaring Virgin
Word in her womb
comes walking your way-
Haven’t you room for your Virgin and Mother?
Haven’t you room?
When Bethlehem’s coldness
bids her depart
O say to the virgin:
Come to my heart
with your heavenly burden
Come to my heart.

If you have never prayed the “Act of Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary” see HERE

If you have made your Consecration but never enrolled yourself, in the Association of Mary Queen of All Hearts see HERE

Dear Francis,

Thanks again for stopping by to lend your “heart” to this thread. This is the last day and tomorrow, God willing, I will by God’s grace, offer myself to Jesus through Mary Totally AGAIN! How grateful I am to God for this and for every time in my life that I have been able to offer myself - unworthy as I am - to give all to Him through Mary our Mother!

You too, dear brother Francis. I read somewhere yesterday or the day before some words of St. Francis of Assisi that I had almost forgotten; I know I’ve read them before.

He once went through the streets crying; “Love is not loved! Love is not loved!” I think those words are needed today for all of us to cry in our hearts, with Mary and through Mary who was first to feel the rejection of her Son within her womb when there was no room for Him or for her or St. Joseph in Bethlehem.

Later in His public Ministry, Jesus said:

“I know that you are descendants of Abraham. But you are trying to kill Me, because My word has no room among you.” (John 8:37)

Ah but Mary kept everything Jesus said and did pondering all in her heart. May we become more like Mary as we follow Jesus, always making room for Him and for her in our hearts!
