The media content panders to basic instincts. Basic instincts are easier than delayed gratification. Dumbing down. Lack of romantic media.

We need more zealous and orthodox bishops and priests. Also, we need to quit condemning
people who who bring the problems of the church to light. If we disagree with that person,
fine, say you disagree and leave it at that. Many times a disagreement turns into a personal attack.

Falling prey to secular humanism: I DO know more and or better [the New age; wildly poppular MEISM] that if you don’t judge me; I woun’t judge you.

Tabernacles NOT visible and available to “all; ALL of the time”

ONLY GOD can convert hardened hearts and sand grounded thinking. PRAY MUCH!

We MUST:

Know our faith well enoungh to live it fully and publically

Explain it WHEN GOD gives us the opportunity to do so

Defend it when necessary with charity and clarity

For me this 9is DUH…Who? HAd never heard of him.

Having done just a wee bit of research; I would be deeply concerned about his seemingly lack of Charity.

Didn’t someone famous say: “they will no we are Christians by our Love.”

I certainly have no probem with truth [even when it hurts]; but this BOMBLASTIC approach seems to aim at circulation numers IMO:shrug:

actually there is not much difference between the – different religions – they all seem t0 have a form of godliness – but lack any – power and presence–of God

i go to 3 different roman catholic church’s each week-- hoping on the possibility of getting a relevant “homily” but it is rare-- and of all the roman catholic kids i grew up with–

out of 28 in my 1st grade-- i think there is still 1 or 2 that might go to mass on a regular basis–

We ALONE have the Sacramnets; ALL of God’s truths, and Jesus Christ in-person. We ALONE ARE the gateway to heaven which anyone geeting there MUST pass through***

IMHO-missed opportunity with the scandals of the 90’s when it seemed to many that the church was concerned only with protecting itself and it’s clergy. A friend and I decided when Bernard Law went to Rome instead of some bleak remote monastery to do penance, that we wouldn’t let the CC interfere with our faith in Jesus, though we remain Catholic.

I’m also bothered by churches that don’t lift mind and heart to God but feel empty to me, not Catholic, and searching for the tabernacle is the worst.

Funny there was money availble to move them away from God’s people; visible and available to ALL; ALL of the time; but seems not ot be to return them to their RIGHTFUL places; or it just me?
