last week has retained an attorney in preparation for a civil lawsuit against the abortion business.

According to ABC News, the family of Tonya Reaves, the 24-year-old mother of one who died following a second trimester abortion, have sought legal counsel. Reaves died after hemorrhaging late Friday night and was taken by ambulance from the Chicago-area Planned Parenthood clinic to Northwestern Memorial Hospital at about 11:00 a.m. Friday and was pronounced dead about twelve hours later.

Corey Meyer, an attorney for the family, told ABC, “We’re just trying to get all the facts from the incident and determine what the best course of action is. We’re still getting information.”

“Reaves experienced a complication during the procedure at the reproductive health clinic,” Meyer said, adding the family “is looking to determine whether the actions of Planned Parenthood or Northwestern Memorial contributed to her death.”

Reaves’ autopsy report will not be available for at least a month, the medical examiners said, according to ABC News, so there may be some time before the family knows whether they have a potential malpractice case. Her death, the medical examiner’s report says, occurred as a result of an abortion at a Planned Parenthood and was ruled an “accident.”

An examination determined that she died from hemorrhage following a Dilation and Evacuation abortion. The D&E abortion method is one employed in pregnancies that have advanced beyond the first trimester. In involves opening the cervix and removing the pre-born baby by dismembering him or her. The Loop Health Center Planned Parenthood advertises abortions up to 18 weeks

If your numbers are anything like ours, child birth always looks more dangerous, and pregnancy related deaths include those from abortion complications.

If a woman dies during pregnancy of say food poisioning, pregnancy is usually listed as the primary factor, therefore, pregnancy and childbirth always look more dangerous.

For a woman to actually be classed as an abortion death she has to die on the table, in the abortion clinic, whilst the abortion instruments are inside her, otherwise its a “pregnancy related death”.

Abortionists have become very adroit at fudging the numbers.

that only one call to 911 was made on Friday, July 20 from the building located at 18 S. Michigan, which houses Planned Parenthood and several other tenants,” Jansen said. “It’s unclear which tenant in the building placed that call, made at 12:46 p.m., but it was concerning an instance of child abuse, and thus could not possibly have been related to Tonya Reaves.”
