Canon 15
No woman under forty years of age is to be ordained a deacon, and then only after close scrutiny. If after receiving ordination and spending some time in the ministry she despises God’s grace and gets married, such a person is to be anathematised along with her spouse.

This is not correct the document does not refer to a deacon but to a deaconess which was a separate office. I am not sure when the office of deaconess went into disuse, I will look it up and get back to you.

There were deaconesses, but they were never ordained, i.e., they never had Holy Orders conferred on them. They were mainly to help with things like baptism of women, etc.
