Do a Google search. In Australia according to the Daily Mail scientists are working on a process where women can get pregnant from cells from another part of a woman’s body. And Scientific American has an article stating that men have the ability to lactate. So, you might want to start thinking of some different examples. Just sayin’.
It’s cloning.
Yes, and also trying to clone and reinvent extinct species. Run endangered men, run!

Is there any research aimed in helping men lactate or is the article just referring to known instances where men have been known to lactate?

I have volunteered in a hospital, and I have heard of cases where men have been known to lactate due to a hormonal imbalance. I think this is a known pathology.
