Work Problems.

I have been working in a horrible factory for two years.
In the last few weeks they made my supervisor and another redundant and promoted a third supervisor to be in charge of all three departments.

This supervisor is nasty.

He moves me from my position which I have been working hard for two years (I weigh product and (name removed by moderator)ut data into a computer) and has now moved me to a horrible position which is awful.

I have not been disciplined, just moved because I am not a crawler and have my own mind.
He shouts and screams in my face like we are in the army. He is a complete nightmare.

He also tells his girlfriend (whom works there too) all private stuff about me and others, she then comes in and gloats about everything.

My wife said I should complain but the problem with that is, the management lean on my brother who then leans on me to stay quiet.

There are no other jobs around that I can go to and we struggle with finances now with both of us working to leave.

I have had people bully me in my life and it never bothered me but this is different as he is using his position to do this.

He also plays golf with the boss (that sort of group) and therefore I am trapped in this situation as the boss would never believe anything bad about him.

If this is accurate, this is clearly awful and unlawful. Clearly, your employers are being abusive. I’m really not sure how to handle this, but I recommend looking into the higher ups, your bosses bosses, and researching complaint procedures at the corporate offices or human resources managers.

If these don’t work, maybe looking to your state labor-relation board, or even private attorney’s that handle labor relations for advice. Many offer free consultations.

You don’t deserve this.

Others have suggested the legal route. You may also want to contact a Union if there is one, they may be able to help with the legal stuff and advice.
