Christ is merciful. I would suggest that you finish your fast, but add an an hour after you would have been released.

Accidentally eating meat is not a mortal sin. Accidentally eating meat is not a venial sin. Eating meat on Friday is a venial sin not mortal in my opinion, no reason for it to be mortal.
Let’s save the moral judgements for priests, God is not so vengeful that He will send someone to hell over eating a piece of chicken. Come on, let’s be realistic here.
If you are doing a novena and forget a day, you didn’t sin by forgetting. Same logic here… it’s a sacrifice not a burden
