Working On Sunday

Is it acceptable if the place you work at schedules you to work on Sunday to go ahead and work? (if you aren’t absolutely needed) I wouldn’t miss Mass as it would be in the afternoon. Any money is helpful because I’m in college and have bills to pay, but I could also ask off and it shouldn’t be a problem. What are the “official” (if there are any) teachings regarding working a job on Sunday?

Jesus tells us that if a person had a sheep stuck in the bramble bush wouldn’t they get it out? He also asked if the Sabbath was made for man or man for the Sabbath, of course the Sabbath is made for man. I work on Sunday and at times do not get to mass, however there is no-one to do the job at present.
However, all night long my mind is on Jesus and the Trinity, I love Jesus very much and at times know that He comes to me and this leaves me in tears at night at work. We talk to each other and I find much time to pray while being a security officer. I offer myself to Jesus and invite the Holy Spirit to be with me all night and have seen the response to God’s being there with me while at work. To me Every day is Sunday but not remembering that God expects us to keep holy the Sabbath day.
I have much peace although others might not see my life as being Godley. That is between they and God not me I know I love God and am doing what HE wishes.
