Yeah i really whould like to know about something if someone can help me about this?

Its about working in sunday yet i do not work yet because of serval reasons and i know many already know since i wrote i have alot mental problems and bad anxiety and fear etc but i know if i keep doing nothing about this i wont never work so i have to do something about my fear that i can work

next the real question is sunday when i actually start work when i find it do you have eny recommendations for shop workers whu are sellers?

for example for sunday to go to church should i tell in interwiev about that i need to go to church sunday or i need to tell them that in private or maybe i need some document paper thing where you get permission from church that you give to boss does this work like this or its other wise

Sorry again you see i have mental disablity so i depend on my parents i dont know a thing about this world so hope you will all understand my pain?
that s why i ask you please help me and be gentle with me what can i do?

Well depending on the job and also your church working on Sunday May not be a problem because you may still have time to go to Sunday mass or the Vigil Mass on Saturday evening. But if you don’t have many parishes near you and they don’t offer many masses it may be harder and you may want to find a job that allows you to go to a morning mass or the Saturday vigil mass

Good luck with finding a job. I hope you are able to get better. Anxiety is hard to live with. Little by little… maybe you should look into Cognitive therapy, or Cognitive Behavioral therapy. It is simple enough that you may be able to do some alone. And it can be very helpful for anxiety
 
Yeah sadly thanks for understand yet did you read the part where i asked do i need some approval from priest to give to boss do people do this?

and sadly i cant do this because its really expensive to find psyhiatrist plus i need health card to go there as well and that s when i find work

in my church its strict if you work its baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad realllllly realllly bad if you go to work instead massssss!!!
dangerously bad that s what i got from sermon that i even feared
 
Yes, well you do not need permission from your priest. You do not need to tell your boss either as long as your schedule allows you to go to Mass . If necessary you can just tell them at the interview that you are not available to work Sunday morning until x time

You don’t need a psychiatrist or psychologist help yourself. Look up cognitive behavioral therapy and maybe get the book “When Panic Attacks” if you can find it in your language. It’s not expensive and it gives you the tools to help yourself if you have anxiety if you are willing to work hard.

I understand it must be really hard and I have gone through similar things. It is not easy but you are taking a big step trying to get a job. Take it slow if you need to but keep taking steps towards your goals

I understand and thanks for explaining plus i already saw tons of self help literatures even noticed that it whould be good to expose yourself to fear because the more i do not go where i fear to go

i will continue to fear for example that s how i got couarge to go to church saw article how i could go to church even so i fear and all that is done to risk my self for our lord

and praying helped me but working on a job is big big problem because it s for some reason big trembling even worse than in church but i know maybe i can try work if doesnt go well i dont know what to say here then its really hard when you have chronic social anxiety ptsd ocd and tons of worry i do pray for this trough
 
I’m sorry for what you are going through. I know what it’s like to have social anxiety and dread things like work and other social situations. You can do it. Prayer is not enough. Maybe you have read lots of self help. Idk. Do you know about changing your thoughts to help change your feelings and behavior. Mood and thought and anxiety logs can help with that. I’ll pray for you. I hope you can find help and get better
 
Thanks alot for understand and yeah i found alot articles where i can challange my tough where i think people will judge me

for example when i go to church i get a tough what if someone judge me when they see me fear and trembling then i tell my self that why should someone judge me when they are brother and sister with whu i pray even so i tremble

but for store is what if someone see me tremble and judge me but i realise that nobody even knows me yet neither i tryed i completly dont get the fact that i am being told a lie and now i feel afther so much years of these toughs i have that come actually from satan

satan is big liear whu tell you lies in your head is he in ocd and anxiety because toughs for example you cant do a thing you cant help yourself i will never get better i cant do it etc consantly negative blame my self but then i noticed that all this come from satan what i readed in articles i just need to remember how i am loved so that way i can easyer handle if some judge me but

even so maybe i need to face this and realise if someone will judge me or not i dont know but i know i they judge me i can just do my best to calmy bless them instead enything else i now know that god loves me and want best for me so i alow him to lead me into right way i know i can do it with his help because i am nothing withoud him

that s why i been alraedy recovered 50% from depression now going outside progressing to face my fears all thanks to him now i need to learn to do the same for finding job and fear of judgment
 
You might consider getting into a field that is M-F, or M-Sat, to bypass the question.

I used to be in foodservice in high school. Sat and Sun were always the big earning days. Some places wouldn’t consider working with me on my “no-Sundays for religious reasons” personal policy. I found a place that did. The manager would “forget” a few times, but I’d get him to correct the schedule. I eventually left that place when the old manager left, and the new manager gave me almost no hours when I’d come back during breaks when I was away at college.

Library assistants/library pages. Hobby Lobby. Chick-fil-A. Office work. Liquor stores. Schools. Car lots. USPS or other parcel delivery services. Many job search websites have a filter for “closed Sunday employment.”

Sorry for late reply and that s interesting its good to see another way example to plus what do you think of laws to not work in sundays?

if you have such thing in your Country?

because when i was little in 90s shops hardly even worked sundays compared today just some maybe now its diffrend story
 
Some US states in the past had laws that forced a lot of businesses to close on Sundays. In the 80s, the state I was living in had such a law.

It was a huge hassle because by the 80s, most women were working outside the home, so you only had one day, Saturday, when you didn’t work, and you were expected to do all your shopping and errands on that day because many stores were closed on Sundays. Or else you had to shop after work on weekdays in the evening when you were usually tired from work and commuting home after work. I like to use my Saturday for doing something fun and not always just for running errands and shopping for things I need.

I was very happy when the state did away with the laws. It’s simply not practical in today’s society for all the businesses to be closed on one of the two days of the week that most people have off work.

yet what s the problem when you are not aware you do like not knowing that sunday is obligation when living as luke warm christian things wont be clear much but when we repend from previus ways sundays become obligation and important sadly the world dont see it the same way unitil someone live real christian life for example freinds and family

its big diffrence when you go to church randomly on christmas and easter enyone can do this but when its sunday important the world says lets just have fun and enjoy resting or working for money

what our christian way say?

money isnt everything example what can man get from money? i once learned what can man get from that money they earn extra sunday instead losing their soul for skiping sunday?

Sower sows his land and other go to church sower moke the church goers on sunday and sower think that his land will be more important that on sunday but you know what happened?

the sower got in big problems while other go still in church

I’m sorry, but I have a lot of difficulty understanding your post because you don’t use sentences or punctuation very well and because the English is not clear.

One can go to church on Sunday - it only takes an hour - after that you have the whole rest of the day and like I said for most people who work Monday through Friday it’s one of only two days you have where you don’t have to work. Those who work on Sundays take another day off and I presume if they go to church they can make some arrangement like go on Saturday evening or even Sunday evening, etc.

Bottom line is that stores being open on Sunday have never interfered with me getting to church.

You could go to mass on Saturday for Sunday if you go to the vigil mass in the late afternoon or evening. That counts for Sunday.
 
Interesting i didnt know that thank you for telling me also when i one ay start work how can i explain that to boss?

and not shure at what time is mass on saturday i just know that on sunday its normaly early morning like 8:00 am or something and 19pm but saturday not shure is it diffrend in america times or its same for every church?

Do you actually have the job yet or is this just you thinking ahead?

I am unclear what it is that you think you need to explain to your boss.

Mass on Saturday is usually any time after 4-430pm.

I am thinking ahead and about when i go to interwiev and stuff you do that s what i asked do i then when i start work need to ask for permission and allright we have 24 hours trough european time
 
I think you may be worrying about something that might not happen, meaning you don’t even know if your job will require you to work on Sunday. It is really not something you need to discuss at your interview.
 
I work on a Sunday and I go to the early 8am Mass before work, there’s also a later Mass that I can go to after work. Saturday vigil Mass is too early for me as I work Saturdays too. I do have to travel a little (15 miles) to go to the early Mass, so I try and get to a weekday Mass as well so I stay connected in my local parish

Sorry for late reply sadly in our country Croatia work is from 7 am T_T so this will be hard for me because i am not used to waking up early but will need to learn if i want to work etc that s why its a bit messy here
 
You do not need your priest’s permission to work on Sunday.
