World Meeting of Families 2015 - Who's Going?

I’m curious to know if anyone on Catholic Answers Forum will be attending WMOF2015? Not just the Papal Visits - but actually attending the conference!

My husband and I have been planning this since it was announced for the US. We will be staying with a family instead of a hotel - we’re gonna be pilgrims! I’m so stoked to hear Bishop-Elect Baron with the opening key-note and Cardinal O’Malley with the closing key-note along with Dr. Scott Hahn, Fr. Larry Richards and a host of other wonderful speakers.

What will brings me to joyful tears is that I will be meeting with thousands of Catholics from all over the world and I want to know if you’ll be one of them. Will I pass you at the convention center? Will I pray next to you at Adoration? Will you be at St. Rita’s Shrine when little St. Maria Goretti’s relic is there? Will I give you the sign of peace at Mass?

We were going to go, since it really isn’t that far for us…but then my baby is due that same weekend. :o

I’ll only be a few hours away though, and some of you may fly over or pass through on your way there…and we will be praying for your safe travels!
