**Worry Not
**
Do you worry about whatever is upcoming?
Does your mind fill with thoughts of failing?
Do you fret about getting something wrong?
Do you let stress mess up your life’s song?
Do not worry, trust in Jesus Christ to help you,
For He is always with you, deeply loving you,
Guiding you, strengthening you, filling you,
Consoling you, and sharing Himself with you.
When you have an upcoming task to perform,
Prepare yourself and then surrender don’t storm,
Trust that Jesus Christ will help you do your best,
So prepare, surrender, and let your spirit rest.
When the task is at hand, remember Jesus too,
Ask Him to be with you, in your performance too,
And if something should just happen to go wrong,
Do not worry, shrug it off, and just continue along.
Worries and fears just cause a lots of undue stress;
Surrender them to Jesus and let you soul be at rest.
Try to do your best in whatever you are called to do;
Trust in Jesus and let Him participate in it with you.
