To tell the truth, I don’t know whether to laugh or cry…
Hey, I used to go to that church and was AT that church last night (for a family infant “dedication” --they don’t baptize infants there)
Let’s also remind ourselves that these are people who love Jesus Christ and who through no fault of their own have many obstacles blocking their understanding of the Catholic Church…many of them will probably make it to heaven before I do, because of their great love for Jesus Christ…
That said, I was humbly grateful to be able to go to Mass this morning…“To whom much is given, much is required”…and I’m not saying anything more on the subject…

I only have a little experience with these types of “churches,” but enough to appreciate the video. My mother actually started going to one them recently (which is actually a big step forward from the past 1.5 decades of not going to anywhere at all, so it’s not all that bad); I wonder what she’ll think of this…

I went to that church also, for five years. It was the last Protestant church I attended before becoming Catholic in 2007. I agree with you that there are people there who love Christ. I still count many of them friends. But the final straw for me was their 10 year Sunday morning celebration complete with balloons falling from the ceiling and beach balls being thrown around in the congregation. Oh, and when Dave Ramsey came to speak and Gwen Stefani’s song “Rich Girl” was sung to prepare us to hear his message.
