Would it be immoral to download the RSV-CE and NAB for E-Sword if I don't know the copyright status of the downloads?

Hello. I have found a site where I can get both the RSV-CE and the NAB for E-Sword and I would like to download them but I have no idea what the copyright status of these files is. Would it be stealing to download them when I don’t know whether or not they can actually be legally used?
 
if the site offers free downloads it is probably not legit since all other e-book sites charge for these editions
 
Are these downloads actually available on e-Sword’s website? E-Sword seems to me to be a popular and reputable source that many people use, so I would be surprised if they were doing something illegal. But, as Annie said, these two editions are not ordinarily available for free download, so I would also be surprised to see them legitimately available for free.
 
I found this post in a 3 year old thread where the poster had written to the owner of e-sword.

“I also emailed the owner a year or two ago - he did respond that there were copyright issues with the NAB and the RSV-CE. I didn’t ask about the Jerusalem Bible, but I assume the answer would have been the same.”

Maybe the OP can simply contact the owners for an update on the copyright issue.

The site is Esnips. They offer a lot of free stuff. The person who hosts the RSV-CE even gives the source of where he got a copy of it from to make into an E-Sword extension. So yeah I don’t know if it’d be wrong or what.
