Would the Church View My Baptism as Valid?

Hey. I’ve got a question… I was baptized as a child by my father(who is not a minister)and I’m planning on joining the Church in the near future. I view my baptism as valid because I was baptised in the “name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” but will the Church view it as valid? I don’t believe baptism can or should be repeated. It’d be great if anyone could help me w/ this… thanks.

If your father testified in a letter that he Baptized you with water “In the Name of The Father, and The Son…” and if there were any witnesses they would testify to it.

Remembering without valid Baptism no other Sacraments can be received validly. SO if there is any real doubt. You should be Conditionally Baptized. This is done privately with only two witnesses and is NOT a re-Baptism.
