Would there be procreation without original sin?

If original sin was not passed on, would it even be possible to have children? It seems to me if Adam and Eve were made in the garden and were kicked out because of sin, then wouldn’t any children that didn’t have original sin have to be born in the garden?

The instruction to “be fruitful and multiply” occurred before the Original Sin (Genesis 1:28) so it was definitely possible to have children before Original Sin. The question of what would have happened if our first parents had not sinned is one of conjecture.
