I practicing Catholic, my brother is getting married, but not in the church, he is waiting for an annulment and living in sin, his fiance is not confirmed. They are getting married in a park by a shriner ordained minister. I thought it would be a nice idea for me to get ordained online and marry them, since they were going outside the Church anyway. After reading posts from years ago, I see that it’s contrary to the Church’s teachings for me to do so. If I were to go ahead, would it be a mortal sin?

Ahsgm,

It certainly would be a mortal sin. You would be supporting him in committing a mortal sin and so you would be committing a mortal sin yourself. Nothing–absolutely nothing is worth committing a mortal sin–which is to defile the blood that Jesus shed for us.
