Would this be okay?

I’m thinking about buying a beautiful saints bracelet. But then I realized it had one or more saints that were Post-Schism Eastern Orthodox saints.

The one I’m sure is Eastern Orthodox is “St. Xenia” but the others (which I’m not sure about) are “St. Anastacia” (or “Anastasia”) and “St. Susanna”.

But can I still buy it? Most of the saints on there are still the same ones as Catholic ones.

I don’t really know, but if they are Saints and you like the bracelet a lot, I don’t see why not. I mean I think you should decide that as you will be wearing it. Sounds nice.

She was one of the women who accompanied Jesus and was present at the Crucifixion.

Sounds like St Anastasia, as well as St Susanna, is Catholic. And St Xenia was a holy woman, apparently.
Sounds Ok to me.

Why not? Although not recognized as a Saint by the Latin Church, St. Xenia led a holy life by any Christian standard.
In any case, what you have is a piece of adornment and not an item of veneration. So, don’t worry about it. Only the overly scrupulous would be concerned about it.
