I’m 17 and a half years old and I’ve been discerning my vocation for over two years now and I’m quite sure I’m called to the priesthood.
However, I commited homoseual acts even though, now I don’t possess homosexuial tendencies.
I was 13 years old and I wasn’t very religous and my friend and I were exploring our sexuality. We commited these acts for self pleasure 3 times over a course of 4 months even though we didnt posses the homosexual tendency
After that, I guess I was sort of corrupted by that and I started looking at homosexual porn for self pleasure.
When I came back to the faith, I repented and refrained from all these sinful things and then I started to realise that I didn’t have a homosexual tendency but I only did those acts for self pleasure and that I was still young at the time.
Will I still be accepted into the priesthood even though I commited those acts but I have repentented and I know that I do not have the homosexual inclination
