When its consenting adults its not violating anybodie’s rights. For it to be consitutional someone’s rights need to be violated, and the needs to be a section or amendment that says you can make a law like that. Such a law could be argued to violate freedom of association.

How about my right to live in a moral and just society? Society is harmed and fouled when we allow inherently immoral activity to take place. Justice is perverted when we claim rights to do evil under the guise of freedom.

I disagree, we do have such a natural right and we also have the concomitant duty and responsibility to earnestly work in both the public and private sphere to bring into being and to maintain such a society.

The dumb thing is to think that one can violate the laws of nature and of God and all will be well. Even if the crime is not punished in this world (and very likely it won’t be) if those who persist in such evil as participating in homosexual acts - if they do not repent they will be punished in the eternal life to come.

I plead with all who are engaging in homosexual activity to repent and to return to God with your whole heart so that you will not be lost to eternal fire. Please, I beg of you.
