Hmm. I’m 5ft 3 my husband is just shy of six feet.

I can wear heels . So it worked out well. We look nice in pictures together.

In my teen years I dated guys shorter than DH, I don’t think shorter than myself though.

Same here, at least right now (open knee surgery, April 2016). I still hope to get back into heels, though. Without them, I look like an end table next to The Husband. One of these days he’s going to set a drink down on my head by accident

A while ago there was a comic strip called “Cathy”. She had a boyfriend called Irving. I remember one time she bought cute but uncomfortable shoes so her boyfriend had to carry her.

Personally, I’d prefer to date a man taller than me. I’m 5’1 myself so finding a guy taller than me hasn’t been an issue.

Back in my dating days I never dated a gal that was taller than me, mainly because at 6’2" I never met a lady that was taller than I. My wife is 5’2" BTW.
