Would you do this?

Spoke to my boss. He offered me the Saturday evening class, which starts about an hour and a half after my normal Saturday afternoon classes end. I decided to accept it - it might be better to teach nine hours on one day and still have my day of rest than to work seven days a week. And I’ll have time for dinner between classes. I guess I can live with that for now.

That sounds like a good solution! Try it out for a bit and see how it goes.

Is there anything else that you could do on a Sunday that’s not work but would keep you distracted? Any hobby/reading/activity?

You could always try learning how to use chopsticks since you don’t know how yet after all this time:D:D:p:p

(yes, I know you do and remember you saying how the locals are still surprised…just trying to make a joke…but I don’t think it worked:shrug:)

Hehehe… I chuckled! 😉

I’ll have to think about what to do on my Sundays. It’s so cold nowadays that I don’t want to go outside, but I think some fresh air and sunshine would do me good. (That’s a nice thing about Korean winters; at least the sun shines!)

I really wish I could just call up my boyfriend and tell him to meet me at Manila airport. I could stay at his parents’ house - no scandal there! 😉 But no, I guess I’d better stick to the plan. After all, I can’t save money on Philippine pesos.

**Patience. Patience. Patience. Seems like God really tries to drive that virtue home for all of us, lol. **

That would be my weakness. I sure hope I can learn it quickly, so God doesn’t have to test me with it all the time! Wait… Is it even possible to learn patience quickly? 😊 😃

Good idea…I hope it works out.🙂

I spoke to my boss again this afternoon, and he mentioned a special curriculum development project that he’d like me to do. Curriculum development is my major, so I’m pretty happy about that. I started a project for this school a few months ago, but my boss cut funding for it, so I couldn’t finish it. It sounds like he’s not only going to reinstate funding for the first project, but also fund a second project. He wants a meeting with me tomorrow afternoon to negotiate a contract for me to write both curriculum projects. :extrahappy:

I sure hope he doesn’t cancel this one halfway through, like he did the last one… But either way it’s money in my pocket as long as the project lasts!
