We all could use some prayer my friend. Do you understand anything I’ve been saying?! I’m pulling my hair out now. This is what I’m talking about. You’ve went so far as to post to me I need prayer. Ok, good. Then you’ve typed out, or pasted, these same ready made prayers everyone else has and applied them to me as if I’m not an individual with individual needs. Furthermore why did you post them on here, where I cannot get the sense of your sincerety through your own personal prayer for me? Am I supposed to read them and know that these are the prayers your praying specifically for me…now, tonight, on a regular basis? At least if you would have posted an original (from you) prayer to me I would have grasped a sense of personal concern from you to me. As is I get a sense of cold robotic insincerity. The same words over and over again…and they don’t even address concern for me to our father for cripes sake. All these prayers are generalized on here! You say them anyway I presume! Without specific thought of who their for. Lest you got a list some where then say these prayers are specifically for…John, Don, Jane, and Julie…then say the one geralized prayer for all. If you say these generalized prayers for everyone on a regular basis , then wish to single out specific individuals of concern occasionally as they are brought to your attention, USE PERSONAL PRAYERS FROM YOURSELF TO THE INDIVIDUAL! Leave it up to people to misapply something so wonderful a gift from God in their overzealous dash to scream it from the rooftops but without having to actually put some individual personal effort in into it! It’s beyond me.
I am now personally requesting individual, personal, original to the prayer, prayers for me to get over this on here. We’ll see how many actually make the effort now with their so called sincerity, or even how many even see this beings I suspect at this point the regulars are merely pasting and going without a second glance as merely a show.

Praying up a Chaplet of the Little Crown for you, remember, I don’t know if you will see this but, no Mary no Jesus, know Mary, know Jesus. Don’t consider God, consider Our Lady, she will lead you to God.

Have to agree with you there - I think it detracts from other people adding to the discussion by repeating the same post over and over. Just make a point of mentioning that you’re praying each day if that’s your thing, but it’s kind of inconsiderate to keep spamming the forums like that.

With that said, OP, if you happen to see this, I don’t know what keeps you on the edge of a decision one way or another, and I hope you can find a good solution. I was at a bit of a crossroads with atheism and Catholicism too for awhile. I’ve come to a personal conclusion that atheism and religion in general are not so much of a dichotomy as most people give voice to. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn’t stress myself out over it - take it slow and be sure of what you think is right. 👍
