Would you, please, pray for my ex-fiance. He is older than 40, lost his job and broke up with me. I am protestant and he is catholic. I was afraid first of catholicism, since was thinking they make idols out of man-made statues or have an intermediate in order to ask God for forgiving their sins. With the time, however, and his explanations I just realized that all of us are Christians and separation is not good for the Lord’s church. I can feel equally comfortable in a fervent protestant or catholic community. I also don’t have a job but found myself closer to God in this great suffering from separation. I don’t think we would ever go back together, but I am asking you to pray for him to find a job with stability and to be able to discern God’s will for him and be obedient. I think he overworks and puts work as the main priority in life. While it is indeed important and we may get closer to unsderstanding the Lord through our work, it should not be our first priority, I believe. He is a good person that needs prayers. I am asking you for help, since sometimes, I feel too much hurt to pray for him. And when two agree on something infront of God, He would listen. Please, pray that he would find a satisfying, stable and developing his skills job that is according to the heart of God. Pray that our hearts would be healed, since it hurts so bad. Thank you!

For Help in Trials

Most holy apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered your beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused you to be forgotten by many. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who feels so hopeless. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular Liberty Wisdom and her boyfriend, and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you. Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Liberty Wisdom and her boyfriend. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Liberty Wisdom and her boyfriend’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
 
Praying that the Lord may grant all necessary graces and a good job to your ex-fiance.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

We promise to be faithful disciples of Jesus Christ, your Son, to proclaim His Good News of God’s love for all people, and to work for peace and justice in our world. With faith in your intercession, we pray for the Church, for our family and friends, for the poor and abandoned, and all the dying. Grant, O Mary, Help of Christians, the graces in which we stand in need. May we serve Jesus with fidelity and love until death. Help us and out loved ones to attain the boundless joy of being forever with our Father in heaven.
