Really good resource is Strive 21 from Matt Fradd. Its been very successful. And his books are wonderful resources

I don’t know if you are CAtholic; either way, you might pick a parish and speak with the priest there; they may have a booklet or a recommendation of a book on such matters - which is often but not always parallel with pornography.

If the matter is egregious enough, my understanding is that there are groups similar to Alcohol Anonymous which may be helpful.

The thing that helped me the most was/is daily Rosary.

Meditate daily on the life, death, & resurrection of our Lord. It will change you. I mean your friend.

I don’t know of any social media sources, but Catholic Answers has a number of books and cd’s and things. You could go to their main site and click on shop and then put in “pornography”. Another book that helped me, although not from Catholic authors, is a book called Every Man’s Battle. It’s a really good, starkly honest book.
