When looking at it today it has a Scripture verse from some book I’d never heard of. It comes from “Second Advent Christians”. www.smallcanonsearch.com Am I missing something here?

The book is “Doctrine of the Lord”. I guess my question is how did this sneak it’s way into a “Catholic” app.

I wonder if it is used maliciously, or accidentally. The rest of the app links to Vatican news, Mass readings, Catholic prayers, etc.

You’d have to write the developer to determine their intent. You may have to report the app to the store owner (MS, right?) for misrepresentation. I don’t see how it could be accidental. It’s missing all of the epistles and Acts and has substituted other writings. I find it extremely unlikely someone would write an app for Catholics and not notice the “bible” they linked to wasn’t even the Christian canon.I wonder if it is used maliciously, or accidentally.
