Wrong Letters on St Benedict Ring- Dealbreaker?

What language is it supposed to be in? “incorrect” is very open to interpretation.

Just visually it appears that the “N” should be an “M” Otherwise accurate. Not to be saracastic, but just what do you expect for $2?

Also–in all seriousness, this is going to turn your hand green. It’s got to be plated. No way you can buy a chunk of purified metal for that cheap.

It appears there are quite a few cheap rings with that imprint.

spend a few dollars more…and look, it’s accurate.

 
It’s apparently stainless steel, but I dont know that much about jeweley. There also appears to be an R where there should be a B, but I found a correct one for not too much more money. Thanks!

Meh, the difference between an R and a B on a tiny thing like that could easily be a cast/strike issue.

Keep in mind that the rings you are seeing are probably the formers which were put in the blanks which your ring is going to be cast from. It almost certainly will not look that clean.
 
It’s under 10 dollars on Amazon- my expectations are not that high haha
