Just weeks before the 2016 presidential election, President Donald Trump’s lawyer formed a private LLC to pay a former porn star in exchange for not speaking publicly about an alleged sexual encounter with the then-candidate, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the alleged encounter with Trump took place in July 2006 after a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe.

LOL this article is more fake news from the worlds most trusted news source. Until Daniuels herself comes out and tells us that Trump paid her for sex than this is just another fake news story by the hateful rhetoric and the anti-trump network.

nothing in this story is proof only opinion and conjecture like all the rest of JIL propaganda hit pieces!

Bad news does not equate as fake news. Is there some part of this story that you can point to as “fake”?
 
How about from the WSJ article:

“resident Donald Trump’s lawyer used a private Delaware company to pay a former adult-film star $130,000 in return for her agreeing to not publicly discuss an alleged sexual encounter with Mr. Trump, according to corporate records and people familiar with the matter.”

The fact that Daniels denies these allegations is a good indication that what these fake news organizations are putting forth is only inuendo and Opinion. This quote is disingenuous at best.
 
Or was part of the payment agreement was “To Deny It” ?

Yes exactly, “OPINION” when has someones opinion been enough to accuse someone of:

There is no proof that she was paid to not publically disguss anything! SHe even tells the post that that but it is not good enough for them is it!
 
She already gave an interview back in 2011 that confirmed the story.

The magazine published it today.

He’s appeared in 3 soft porn films, as a cameo roll.

Why appear in those kinds of films? For the artistic value? Or to mingle with the actresses?
 
Please provide proof that Daniels was paid to keep quiet about anything!
 
I guess if this is your answer to my challenge I would have to ask what actual proof was offered in this article that any of this was true?

Do we have a binding legal document that shows us that there is a gag order in place to not talk about sexual favors?

What is the proof you are offereing here?
 
Well we can be sure this was discovered via some financial paper trail. That is often the case more often than not. We will have to wait and see, that is of course it has any importance.

Probably what is more important, is what Melania feels about this. After all, Stormy did admit to having an affair with Trump.

Investigation is fine but fake news by definintion is stating something that fact when in fact it is not proven to be.
 
Well after all, the Journal is not exactly a fly-by-night media company prone to blowing things out of proportion. And its reporting makes very clear that:

a) Cohen formed this shell company and

b) the company made a payment of $130,000 to Daniels just before the election.

Unless I’ve missed it, Cohen hasn’t denied either of those two facts (Denying Trump and Daniels had a relationship is not the same thing.)

So, if Cohen is on the record saying the Trump-Daniels relationship is a myth, it seems to me he still owes an explanation of

a) why he formed the company, why he did so in Delaware (a state renowned for its loose laws on corporate transparency) and, most importantly,

b) why a $130,000 payment was made to Daniels.

No you cant be sure of that because there is no proof of a document showing she ws paid hush money. So no one can not be sure.

The only thing you have brought up in this thread that is reasonable is what Melania believes about this. But that would certainly be a private matter wouldn’t it?
 
WHy does anyone owe you an explantion about any of those things. Does any of this break the law?

Your conjecture only proves you think poorly of all involved.

One could just as easily also assume that the shell company ws to hide the fact that she was paid for legitmate reasons but didn’t want the press to to blow the relationship out of proportion until after the election. Trump could have alos been trying to save her from public scrutiny.

But I don’t know and that is my point. Neither do you or the news. But these articles are slanted to make the public think that Trump paid her hush money to keep quiet about sexual favors.

Michael Rothfeld and Joe Palazzolo both did the investigative work. They hold the evidence in hand. They reviewed the formation documents what is described as above. Cohen did not cover his tracts well.

15 months later, Essential Consultants LLC has no business address yet. Not even a P.O. Box. If that is not suspicious enough.
