Yahoo or Google

I didn’t vote, because I use both Yahoo and Google…Both are pretty good.
I have the Yahoo Companion on my coputer, so it is easy to use the Yahoo search engine, but I often forgo that and use Google instead. Just depends on my mood, I guess.
 
I use google, because I’ve had more luck finding what I needed to find on there. On rare occasions, I’ll use yahoo, but by rare, I mean maybe five times a year.
 
Yahoo, because like the mountain, it is there (on my homepage)
 
If Yahoo and Google merge, would the new company be called Yahoogle?

No way dude. I’ve been using dogpile since 1999. And yes, umm, of course I’m under 30…yah…uhhhh…Ooo look at the big cat over there.

If Google turned Catholic, it would become Sanctus, Sanctoogle.
 
I tend to go to Yahoo! when I need to find something, but it’s more out of habit than preference. 🙂
 
I go both ways.

I like Google for type-in-the-search-box-and-get-a-bunch-o-pages.

I like Yahoo for I’m-looking-for-something-in-a-particular-category, I-think-I’ll -go-browse-Yahoo’s-directory.

(yeah, I know Google has a directory view too, but it’s not as easy to find. (and Yahoo’s is getting harder to find 😦 but it is a habit))

I also use both email systems – tee_eff_em @ Y ; tee.eff.em @ gmail

They just bumped it up to 2G. Send to my gmail.com address or PM me if you want to try it. (But I’ll need your current email address to invite you, so include it if you go the PM route)
