Yesterday Was My One Year Anniversary of Being Recieved into the Church

And guess what CAF, you folks evangelized me right into the Church.

I thank God for CAF’s and for the faithful members who teach day after day.

I remember how I was when I first joined CAF in March 2011 and how I wrote all sorts of arrogant posts about things I did not understand, but you were patient with me. 🙂

I really cannot overstate the amount of influence that this website and its members have on lives.

God bless all of you!

And a congradulations from me a Jewish convert, who has nothing but total happiness in my new found faith in the Catholic Church, what a joy, what I cannot understand how so many more people are not wanting to join, but as I was told Faith is a Gift, may some day all may be One as it was when Christ left the Apostles to establish the Church and was so untill the Reformation, when we had a lot of “know all’s”.👍
 
I was thinking about you the other day because I remembered it was your anniversary around this time 😃

I remember your posts prior to the reception, the eager anticipation and desire to receive the Eucharist. Stories such as yours are so inspiring and I am thankful to God for all the people who find their way home.

Congrats! It’s great to have you on board.
 
Congratulations!!! I can appreciate how you feel, even though my conversion came more than 51 years ago. May you continue to grow in faith and bask in God’s love.:angel1:

TL, you should write about your spiritual journey some time. So far in our little Vocations Board community I think we have had Jason, TimothyH, Brother JR, Luig, and myself all share how we got to where we are.

It’s been wonderful seeing you here the past year or two, and your gradual growth and maturation within the faith. I think a lot of people would benefit from hearing about it!
