Frustrated as it I wish I had the time and means(and a super big kitchen!) to cook in!
I should be stewing and freezing apples and quinces that are coming along.
Not sure why ,but home canning doesn’t seem to be a big thing here,more bottling, freezing and drying.

Yes, definitely…I particularly like marigolds, but my wife can’t stand them, so I enjoy them from a distance…

A good friend at church did them for me [She runs the local H&R Block office]. I’ve always done them in the past, but it’s getting harder to get the forms, and I prefer to do them on paper.
