Yuck. It’s basically tasteless. It’s more decoration than a food.

Collard Greens?
 
You’ve got to try Italian flat leaf parsley. That’s a good herb to cook with and goes well with fish dishes.

Collard green are yum.

Broccoli rabe?
 
Yum for the rice and eggs. I’d love the hamburger, but I only eat fish…

Chitlins?
 
Yum, but I’m allergic to duck eggs, which is the egg used where I was when living in China. 😦
