Observe a grwing baby.
Baby kies on its back, limbs relaxed. That is the Shava Asana, to be done after every Yoga pose. Relaxing.
See a baby propping itself by pushing on its hands, nech outstreched, looking at you. That is Nagasna. Do it with neck pushed backwards for a minute or two, five or six times. It is gauranteed to relief stiff necks.
See a baby on its belly. Neck and legs lifted up.
Ever seen a baby holding its foot and sucking on the big toe. Repeat it, but pull your foot so your big toe touches the opposite ear.
See a baby lying face downward, chin touching the bed. Just fold your arms, one hand above the other and place them under your chin. Makarasana ie crocodile pose.
Stand up erect, hands hanging by the sides, looking straight, relax. Tree pose Try it.
Try and tell us which are dangerous for catholics.
If yoga is dangerous for catholics, then they did it before they knew they catholics.
