Mijoy, yes, it is great if we can pray at the church or have the whole time devoted to the prayer. We should try our best for it; if this is not an options because of whichever the circumstance you might be in, praying at any time can always be great. I remember some priest on radio said that our Pope John Paul II had urged us to pray wherever you are - riding on the bus, walking, etc…I gather from this thread people pray the rosary while doing other things (such as walking or driving the car) and they break up the rosary into various sections (such as a decade here and a decade there) throughout the day.
I seldom if ever pray the rosary. Partly because I feel as though I have to be in a quiet setting such as in a church pew, or by myself in a room where I will not be i nterrupted.
Maybe I should rethink this. I suppose it is better then not praying it. Like many other people I am short on time. I have approx a 2-3 hour daily commute and work long hours. When not at work I am thinking/worrying about deadlines and such.
Indeed, Jesus wants us to pray unceasingly, if we can have our minds thinking of God quite often, we have more chance to do things to please Him. This is because when we forget about Him, we tend to make mistakes.
If you are worried about deadlines and all, you can certainly mention that during your prayer. This has helped me a lot during my weekdays at work.
