Your prayers are WORKING!

I posted something back in July about my 34 year old friend who was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and I requested prayers. So many of you prayed, and those prayers have worked! She had cancer from head to toe…literally. Well, she had a PET scan last week and they found that the cancer in her bones, heart, spine, liver, lymph nodes and I can’t even remember where else, has DISAPPEARED. IT’S GONE!! Right now she still has some cancer in her rectum (which has shrunk by half) and in her lung (which has also shrunk). This was so bleak at the beginning of the summer. Now she feels great and is improving! I wanted to thank all of you who prayed for her and ask that you continue to pray that she has a full recovery. She is such a truly wonderful, joyful person and deserves this miracle. God is so, so good.

Thank you for the update; that’s wonderful news. Of course I will pray for a full recovery.
I am so glad her medical condition has improved so much.

This is such wonderful news. I finished chemo treatment for a stage 2 lymphoma in March. I know how scary that was, your friend has done spectacularly well. Keep praying and supporting her, because unfortunately the battle is not over until the cancer has been in remission for one-five years depending on the type. So everyone has to continue praying for her. I found saying the rosary on beads which had been blessed by John Paul II, very comforting. I just kept hearing his magnificent voice saying, “be not afraid, but if you lose courage turn to Mary.”

Not only did I say wow when I read your post, but needed to stop and thank God for hearing the prayers that were said in behalf of your friend. God willing your friend is able to overcome and defeat cancer

Thanks for updating us with your friend’s status. I’m very glad to hear of her improvement, and will continue to pray for her complete and total healing. St. Peregrine, please intercede for Lynne’s friend. Amen.
