Zeitgeist is an intellectual farce at best. Even before I really started to delve in researching Christianity, my B.S. meter went wild upon hearing the arguments being espoused by these academic phonies.
“OMG, the English words Son and Sun are similar, so Jesus must be a Sun God, and not God the Son.” Yes, you would think this assuming you had no idea that the original scriptural languages are in Hebrew, and Koine Greek, with a touch of Aramaic thrown in for good measure.
I mean, let’s take the Latin. Do Sol and Filius resemble each other at all?
