The problem is that Trump didn’t have to say it. He already made his point.

As was already stated by RR the comparison to Hiter is unwarranted and out of line.

Nobody says he does nothing wrong either. Funny how it is. The detractors of his supporters claim his supporters say he “can do no wrong”, but then they enjoy saying this Republican or that one disagrees with him or doesn’t support him in this or that. Trump wasn’t my first choice or my second in the primary, but I voted for him in the general. But I also disagree with him regarding the draw down in Syria. I would also like to see him put the Afghanistan effort into rebuilding the Northern Alliance or at least heavily arming the Tajiks, then get out. But he doesn’t seem to want to do that.
Have you ever publicly denounced his deplorable comments that have inspired the uptick in white nationalism? Or publicly denounced anything about him that is universally recognised as racist, misogynist or reckless and dangerous?

I imagine as JeanneS revealed, anyone who has done this is regarded as a ‘RINO’ and “nothing but beltway elitists who resent a political outsider having the nerve to win the presidency.”

My reference to the RINO’s was directed solely to the Republican powers that be.The old guard that have overstayed their welcome in Washington.

Yes she claimed at least 15,000,000 Americans are deplorable.
And, notwithstanding the false denial in the posted I resposnded to, clearly specified criteria for “deplorable”. Do you disagree that racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, and islamophobia are deplorable?

None of those things being true, my answer is “no”.

I
Do you disagree

I very much disagree that half of Trump supporters ( a low estimate of 15,000,000 American) are deplorable. I think inadvertently displayed her paranoia ( and elitism). Much to Trump’s benefit.

Interesting, that you repeatedly cut off people’s questions to dodge answering them.

I daresay many of his followers will justify anything he does until they die. We saw that happen with Hitler. Even to this day he has his blind followers.
Did you know that in that same deplorables speech, Hillary also said: You know, I’ve been saying at events like this lately, I am all that stands between you and the apocalypse.
towards this idea that some are just ‘chosen’ by ‘God’
I guess you have forgotten all the people who said Obama was chosen by God or similar things, which is obviously what Trump was playing off.

Hillary’s words: You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic — you name it. And unfortunately there are people like that.

Sure, racists, sexists, bigots are all deplorable. We all agree on that. We just don’t think that there are 15 million of them in the US.

But she said half of Trump supporters are like that. Half.

Secondly, I think that using psuedo-psychological terms like Islamophobe is definitely discriminatory to those who are actually suffering from phobias and the mentally ill in general, kind of like calling someone lame or retard.

Yes, Obama was ridiculed as the Chosen One, etc. But do you have any clips showing him making the claim?
