There was no ā€œRussian hoaxā€, just Russian interference.

As to Hillary, she should have been charged over the email sever.

The first visit for ā€œsenilityā€ the check for cognitive decline. Then give a drug to slow it down.

Nothing exists to make a ā€œsenileā€ person lucid.

No short term answers or fixes.
