Actually, they don’t claim that only JWs go to heaven, and they dont claim to have any hope of heaven themselves… If I don’t nip this in the butt, then I dont think the discussion can progress to anything else that I’m actually confident in and know right about…

I’m not quite sure why you think they don’t claim only JW’s go to heaven. I was a JW for 25 years, and they do in fact think this. The OT patriarchs were not called “JW’s”, but this is semantics. Check this link out. It shows what the WTBS has taught over the last century:

Twelve is the symbolic number of the Church. 144,000 is 12 x itself is symbolic meaning all those Christians before, now, and ever will be, those saved by the Blood of the Lamb.

One interpretation of Revelations is that when we stand with Christ at Mass, before the high altar of our Heavenly Father in heaven, drawing on the life giving blood of the Lamb, where many of different races and tongues praise Him…that is our greatest work on earth. Our participation in the life of Christ defeats the power of evil and darkness around us.
